3 Seperate Thoughts, 1 Awesome Post

Okay, you all know my complete obsession with all things Disney.

I'm pretty sure if I knew this guy real life, we would hang out constantly, get coffee (okay, hot chocolate) and gush about how awesome Disney is and how we love every single aspect of it. This guy is off the charts talented and I love him. Please take a few moments and watch even one of these videos. You can even buy some of his awesome songs on iTunes. Please love him.

On a somewhat related note (okay, maybe not...) I received my package from the Disney Store today! I purchased the Dooney Bourke wristlet and makeup bag (both in the sale section). I couldn't afford to ever purchase any of the designer series at full price, but I saw they had (finally) made it to the sale section, so I decided it was time. It was totally worth the wait.

First, the Mickey Mouse wristlet. I was looking to replace my typical "wallet" and go with something I can just grab if I don't want to lug my purse around. It's perfect. It's got a pretty red liner inside and the outside is nice and thick (I was concerned that it wouldn't be very thick given the price) but it's great quality. I love the Mickey pattern. It's also a great size to fit one of the flatter digital cameras in (Hello new Disney "purse"!) I'm also able to easily fit my blackberry curve in this. If you're in the market for something like this, please jump on this while you get the chance. You can't beat the price and it really is a great piece!

To be honest, I wasn't even thinking about purchasing the makeup bag. While looking for a coupon code to use for shipping, I came across one for the Dooney and Bourke makeup bag for $15.00 with the purchase of anything else in the store. I was on the fence because I wasn't completely over the moon with the pattern. It's cute, but I didn't know if it was something I wanted on an entire piece. But heck, I need a cosmetic bag, and for $15 I wasn't gonna find one much better. So, I ordered it. I'll be honest, I may even like this one better than the wristlet. It's so much bigger than I thought it would be (especially for $15!) and it's absolutely perfect for what I was going to use it for. It can most certainly fit your favorite powder, lip glosses, and some mascara, but if you're looking to take your entire makeup collection out- this may not be the right choice. It's got a really pretty light blue liner inside and the outside has an almost vinyl feel to it. I actually really like the pattern on it, and I'm pleasantly surprised!

Lastly, a few people have asked me for some ideas of things I would like to keep me occupied while I'm home recuperating after surgery-you know who you are. (Please, do NOT feel obligated). Here's some stuff that could help me pass the time.
  • Passporter's Guide to Walt Disney World
  • Tangled (Blu-Ray)
  • The Complete Walt Disney World 2011
Until next time Mousekateers!!

P.S. Do you think he has to remove his testes to hit some of those notes? I can't even dream of singing that high...
